From our founder
I started REWORK Digital after watching the same story repeat from both sides. Businesses told me they had hired three “automation experts” before finding one who could actually ship. Builders, genuinely excellent ones, told me they kept losing work to whoever wrote the most confident profile. The most valuable category of digital work was running on the least reliable signal in hiring: self-description.
The platforms everyone uses were never designed for this. They were designed for work you can judge by looking at it: a logo, an article, a storefront. You cannot look at an automation and know it is good. You have to see it run, inspect how it was built, and know what happens when it breaks at 2 a.m. That is a verification problem, and marketplaces built on reviews and portfolios were never going to solve it.
So we built the verification infrastructure ourselves. Every skill claim on REWORK is backed by a submitted deliverable that we verify and cryptographically seal: signed, timestamped, and independently checkable, not just “reviewed.” Assessments are written for the actual work: LLM engineering, RPA, data pipelines.
