Automation for appliance repair services
Enquiries answered before they go cold - what it replaces, and what it is worth. Below is a worked example, not a case study: the arithmetic is shown so you can check it against your own numbers.
Today
Calls come in while you are under a machine. The voicemail is returned that evening, by which point they have booked whoever picked up.
Automated
Every missed call and out-of-hours form gets an immediate reply that qualifies the job, quotes the call-out and offers the next real slot in the diary.
What it is worth
Based on 150 enquiries a month, 90 missed or after-hours, 6 minutes to call each back, at $34 an hour.

Worked example, not a case study: 90 events a month at 6 minutes each is 9 hours, worth $306 at $34 an hour. A build of this scope typically runs $4,600. On top of the hours, 90 of those events a month currently end in money lost; at $240 each and 18% recovered that is $3,888 a month kept, which is what the payback and return above are mostly made of. That percentage is an assumption: assumes fewer than one in five missed enquiries becomes a job it would otherwise have lost - your own answer rate and average job value decide this. No customer is named and no result is claimed to have happened - these are models of the kind of work the platform sells, shown with their assumptions so you can test them against your own.
