REWORK charges a flat 10% transaction fee — 10% from the buyer (company) and 10% from the seller (professional) on every payment. No tiers, no surprises, the same rate from day one.
How it works
Worked example for a $100 service.
Buyer pays

Platform fee

10% buyer + 10% seller. Funds platform operations.
The buyer-side fee is added on top at checkout. The seller-side fee is deducted from the payout when the buyer accepts delivery and escrow releases.

Support & operations
Customer support, account management, compliance across 35 countries, contractor classification, tax documentation, and the day-to-day operations of the platform.
Product investment
Building and maintaining every product you use — the marketplace, AI matching, Career Intelligence, SwitchAsses, Rating Lab, Finprob, and the integrations that hold it all together.
The platform fee is governed by the Payments, Fees & Escrow Terms. Rates published on the platform may change; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new rate.
