1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Finprob ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any modifications.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-platform notification. Changes are effective upon posting.

2. About Finprob

Finprob is an AI-powered product discovery and market validation platform operated by REWORK Digital. We help entrepreneurs, product teams, and founders discover validated startup ideas by mining real user pain points across multiple platforms using AI-driven discovery methods including complaint mining, question analysis, workaround detection, review analysis, trend analytics, and problem clustering.

Finprob provides AI-generated insights and analyses for informational purposes. Discovery results, validation scores, and market analyses are tools to assist your decision-making — they are not guarantees of market viability, revenue potential, or business success.

3. Account Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information provided is truthful and accurate.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Keeping your information accurate and up to date
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Finprob offers free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable subscription rate
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as stated in our refund policy
• We may change subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By using payment features, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

5. AI-Powered Discovery Services

Our platform uses AI and automated tools to mine, analyze, and validate product ideas. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated results are informational tools, not professional business advice
• Validation scores, market sizing, and competitor analyses are estimates based on available data and may not reflect actual market conditions
• Discovery results are derived from publicly available data sources and AI analysis
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
• Business decisions based on platform insights are made at your own risk
• AI features may be updated, modified, or discontinued as we improve our services

6. Intellectual Property & Content

6.1 Platform IP

The Finprob platform, including its design, features, algorithms, code, and branding, is owned by REWORK Digital. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create on the platform, including saved searches, workspace configurations, and custom notes. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your content as needed to provide the service.

6.3 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated discovery results, reports, and analyses are provided for your use under your subscription. You may use these outputs for your business purposes. We retain the right to use aggregated, anonymized patterns from platform usage to improve our AI models and services.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the platform
• Resell, redistribute, or commercialize platform access or AI-generated results to third parties as a competing service
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
• Misrepresent AI-generated insights as your own original research in a misleading manner
• Use the platform to harass, defame, or infringe on others' rights
• Circumvent subscription limits, usage quotas, or access controls

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination:

• Your access to the platform and saved data will cease
• No refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period unless required by law
• Outstanding obligations survive termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Third-Party Services & Data Sources

Finprob integrates with and mines data from third-party platforms and public sources. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these third-party services. The availability and accuracy of third-party data may change without notice. We disclaim all liability for third-party content, services, or data accuracy.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR SPECIFIC RESULTS.

FINPROB DOES NOT GUARANTEE BUSINESS SUCCESS, MARKET VIABILITY, OR REVENUE OUTCOMES. ALL DISCOVERY RESULTS AND VALIDATION SCORES ARE INFORMATIONAL ESTIMATES ONLY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINPROB AND REWORK DIGITAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada, except where prohibited by law.

You agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting us before initiating formal proceedings. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
