1. AI-Powered Features

1.1 Description of AI Services

REWORK. offers various AI-powered features, including but not limited to:

AI Career Intelligence: Job market radar, salary trends, compensation intelligence, career trajectory analysis, and personalized career coaching powered by machine learning models
AI Resume Builder: AI-assisted resume generation, optimization, and formatting tailored to specific roles and industries
SwitchAsses: Hiring confidence scores, role-fit intelligence, predictive performance indicators, and bias detection to support informed hiring decisions
AI Copilot: Conversational AI assistant powered by Anthropic Claude for platform navigation, career guidance, job search support, and real-time chat assistance
Loevech: Automated skill assessment, rating, and data annotation platform for evaluating candidate competencies and generating structured evaluation reports
Content Generation: AI-generated summaries, project briefs, job descriptions, and professional content powered by Anthropic Claude and internal models
Automated Matching: AI-powered talent-to-opportunity and candidate-to-job matching algorithms
Finprob: Market discovery and validation tools leveraging AI to identify emerging opportunities and assess market viability

Internal Models: SwitchAsses (hiring confidence scores, role-fit intelligence, bias detection), AI Career Intelligence (salary trends, market radar), Loevech (skill assessment and data annotation), Finprob (market discovery and validation), and automated matching algorithms are powered by proprietary models developed and maintained by Rework Digital
Hybrid Features: Certain features, including the AI Resume Builder and Automation Observatory, may use a combination of third-party and internal models depending on the specific task being performed

1.3 Nature of AI Output

AI-generated content and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and should NOT be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision. AI systems are evolving technology that may produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate results. Users should always review, verify, and exercise independent judgment regarding AI-generated content.

2. AI Limitations & Disclaimers

2.1 No Guarantee of Accuracy

REWORK DIGITAL MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, OR SUITABILITY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT. AI features may:

Produce inaccurate, misleading, or factually incorrect information
Contain biases inherited from training data or algorithmic design
Generate content that does not reflect current market conditions or legal requirements
Produce different results for similar inputs
Fail to capture nuances specific to your situation, industry, or jurisdiction

2.2 Not Professional Advice

AI-generated content does NOT constitute legal, financial, tax, career, employment, medical, or any other form of professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals for specific guidance. SwitchAsses scores and Loevech assessments are decision-support tools and do not replace human judgment in hiring or evaluation processes.

2.3 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any actions taken based on AI-generated content, recommendations, or insights. REWORK. shall not be liable for any decisions made or actions taken in reliance on AI output, including but not limited to hiring decisions informed by SwitchAsses, career changes guided by AI Career Intelligence, or market assessments provided by Finprob.

3. Automated Decision-Making

3.1 Algorithmic Matching

The Platform uses algorithms to match candidates with opportunities, rank profiles, and suggest connections. These algorithms are automated and implement defined criteria in a systematic way. REWORK. does not manually intervene in algorithmic decisions unless required for policy enforcement.

3.2 No Automated Hiring Decisions

REWORK. does not make automated hiring decisions. All hiring, acceptance, and approval decisions are made by human users (employers, clients, or third-party platforms). Automated tools — including SwitchAsses confidence scores and Loevech skill assessments — assist with information organization and presentation only and are not a substitute for human decision-making.

3.3 Bias Mitigation

While we strive to minimize bias in our AI systems, no automated system is perfectly unbiased. SwitchAsses includes bias detection capabilities as part of its Proof of Work methodology, but these tools are supplementary and do not guarantee the elimination of bias. We encourage users to report suspected bias and we periodically review our algorithms. However, we do not guarantee the absence of bias and are not liable for any bias in automated outputs.

4. Data Use for AI

4.1 Training & Improvement

By using AI features, you acknowledge that your interactions with AI systems — including inputs, outputs, and usage patterns — may be used to improve our AI models and services. Data used for AI improvement is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.2 Opt-Out

4.3 Third-Party AI Providers

Data processed by internally developed models (including SwitchAsses, Loevech, Finprob, and matching algorithms) remains within Rework Digital infrastructure.

5. AI Content Ownership

AI-generated content created through Platform tools (including resumes, summaries, assessments, and Loevech evaluation reports) may be used by you for personal and professional purposes. However:

REWORK. retains the right to use AI-generated content in aggregate or anonymized form
AI-generated content may not be unique and similar output may be generated for other users
You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before use
REWORK. makes no intellectual property claims on your input data
You may not claim that AI-generated content was created solely by you if disclosure is required

6. Changes to AI Features

REWORK. may modify, update, retrain, suspend, or discontinue any AI feature at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to underlying AI providers, model versions, or the introduction of new AI capabilities. AI outputs may vary over time as models are updated. We are not liable for changes in AI behavior or outputs resulting from updates or modifications.
