Candidate & Job Seeker Terms — REWORK.

1. Candidate Profile & Information

1.1 Profile Accuracy

By creating a candidate profile, you represent and warrant that all information provided — including professional experience, education, skills, and credentials — is truthful, accurate, current, and not misleading. Providing false or fraudulent information may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to applicable authorities.

1.2 Profile Visibility & Marketplace Presence

When you set your profile to "searchable" or "public," your verified professional information — including your marketplace profile, verified credentials, trust tier badge, and Proof of Work portfolio — may be displayed to and recommended to registered employers, recruiters, and other authorized users on the Platform. You understand that your profile may be viewed by organizations you have not directly applied to, similar to how profiles work on professional networking platforms.

1.3 Resume, Portfolio & Proof-of-Work Data

Resumes, portfolios, and work samples uploaded to the Platform become part of your profile and may be accessible to employers through marketplace search. This includes Proof of Work portfolios verified through connected third-party services such as GitHub and HuggingFace. You retain ownership of your content but grant REWORK. the licenses described in the Content & Intellectual Property terms.

1.4 Trust Tier Badges

The Platform assigns trust tier badges (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond) based on profile completeness, verification status, assessment results, and platform activity. Trust tier badges are determined solely by REWORK. according to its internal criteria, which may be updated from time to time. A trust tier badge does not constitute an endorsement, certification, or guarantee of competence. REWORK. reserves the right to adjust, downgrade, or revoke any trust tier badge at its sole discretion.

2. AI-Powered Career Tools & Services

2.1 AI Resume Builder

The Platform provides an AI Resume Builder that assists you in creating, formatting, and optimizing your resume. While the AI Resume Builder may suggest content, phrasing, and structural improvements, you are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all content included in your resume. REWORK. does not guarantee that AI-generated suggestions will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular role or employer.

2.2 AI Career Intelligence

The AI Career Intelligence suite — including job market radar, salary trends, and skill gap analysis — provides data-driven insights to inform your career decisions. These insights are generated using aggregated data and algorithmic models and are provided for informational purposes only. REWORK. does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data, salary estimates, or skill recommendations. You should not rely solely on AI Career Intelligence outputs when making career or financial decisions.

2.3 AI Copilot for Career Guidance

The AI Copilot provides personalized career guidance, job search assistance, and professional development recommendations. AI Copilot responses are generated algorithmically and do not constitute professional career counseling, legal advice, or financial advice. The AI Copilot may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information. You are responsible for independently verifying any guidance received and for all decisions made based on AI Copilot interactions.

2.4 Loevech Assessments

Loevech assessments evaluate your skills, competencies, and professional readiness. Assessment results contribute to your marketplace profile and may influence your trust tier badge and visibility to employers. Assessment scores reflect performance at the time of assessment and do not constitute a professional certification or credential. REWORK. reserves the right to update assessment methodologies, invalidate results in cases of suspected misconduct, and require reassessment at any time.

3. AI-Powered Job Matching

3.1 How Job Matching Works

The Platform uses AI-powered algorithms to match your profile, skills, verified credentials, and preferences with relevant job opportunities. Job matching is based on algorithmic analysis and does not involve human review of every match. Match quality depends on the completeness and accuracy of your profile information.

3.2 No Guarantee of Matches or Outcomes

REWORK. does not guarantee that AI-powered job matching will result in job offers, interviews, or employer interest. The availability and quality of matches depend on market conditions, employer activity, and your profile information. REWORK. is not responsible for any decisions made by employers or for the accuracy of job listings posted by third parties.

4. Subscription Plans & Finprob Credits

4.1 Subscription Plans

The Platform uses a commission-first model for professionals. Commission tiers (Starter, Verified, Pro, Elite) are auto-unlocked based on your track record — no monthly fees required. An optional Expert Hub subscription ($39.99/mo) provides premium tools including instant payouts, custom storefront, and advanced analytics. The specific features, limits, and commission rates are described on the Platform's pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Subscription terms, including billing cycles, renewal, cancellation, and refund policies, are governed by the General Terms of Service.

4.2 Finprob Credit System

Finprob credits are a Platform currency that may be used to boost your profile visibility, unlock premium job matching features, or access other services as described on the Platform. Finprob credits may be included in your subscription plan or purchased separately. Finprob credits are non-transferable, non-refundable (except as required by applicable law), and have no cash value. Unused credits may expire according to the terms specified at the time of purchase or allocation. REWORK. reserves the right to modify the Finprob credit system, including credit values, expiration policies, and available redemption options, at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Plan Changes & Feature Availability

REWORK. reserves the right to modify, add, or discontinue subscription plan features and pricing with reasonable notice to subscribers. If a material reduction in features occurs during an active billing period, you may be entitled to a prorated refund or credit as described in the General Terms of Service. Free or trial access to features does not guarantee continued availability of those features.

5. Workforce Readiness Services

5.1 Service Nature

Workforce readiness services — including profile verification, application readiness, and employer-aligned onboarding — are facilitated through the Platform and delivered through automated tools and independent service providers. These services are informational and educational in nature.

5.2 No Employment Guarantee

COMPLETING WORKFORCE READINESS SERVICES, USING AI-POWERED TOOLS, OR MAINTAINING AN ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION DOES NOT GUARANTEE:

Employment, contract work, or freelance opportunities
Approval, acceptance, or onboarding on any third-party platform
Income, earnings, or financial results of any kind
Specific success rates, approval rates, or performance metrics
Interview invitations or employer responses
A particular trust tier badge level or assessment score
Accuracy or completeness of AI-generated career insights or recommendations

5.3 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your employment decisions, applications, and interactions with employers and third-party platforms. Career advice received through the Platform — whether from the AI Copilot, AI Career Intelligence tools, or other service providers — represents algorithmic output or the independent opinion of the service provider and should not be the sole basis for career decisions.

6. Identity & Credential Verification

Certain services may require identity verification, including submission of government-issued identification, or credential verification through connected third-party platforms (such as GitHub or HuggingFace). By submitting identification documents or connecting third-party accounts, you:

Confirm the documents are authentic and belong to you, and that connected accounts are yours
Consent to the processing of these documents and third-party account data for verification purposes
Understand that verification is processed securely and may involve third-party verification services
Acknowledge that verification does not guarantee access to all Platform features or a particular trust tier

7. Application & Job Search

7.1 Application Submissions

When you apply for jobs or projects through the Platform, you are submitting your application directly to the employer or project owner. REWORK. is not a party to these applications and is not responsible for employer decisions, response times, or hiring outcomes.

7.2 Third-Party Platform Applications

Workforce readiness services may help prepare you for applications on third-party platforms (such as AI training platforms, content moderation services, and others). REWORK. has no control over, affiliation with, or influence on the approval processes of third-party platforms. All approval decisions are made solely by the third-party platform.

7.3 Candidate Conduct

Candidates must conduct themselves professionally in all Platform interactions. Misrepresenting qualifications, using false credentials, manipulating assessment results, artificially inflating Proof of Work portfolios, or engaging in deceptive practices may result in account termination, removal from the marketplace, trust tier revocation, and potential legal action.

8. Data Retention After Account Closure

Upon account deletion, we will remove your profile from the marketplace, disconnect third-party account integrations, and cease active processing of your data. However, certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes including:

Legal compliance and regulatory obligations
Fraud prevention and security
Resolution of pending disputes
Aggregated, anonymized analytics data
