Content & Intellectual Property Terms — REWORK.

1. Platform Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, software, designs, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and materials on the Platform — including the SwitchAsses evaluation system, AI Copilot technology, Loevech assessment framework, Finprob matching algorithms, Automation Observatory analytics, and all associated interfaces — are owned exclusively by REWORK. or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or exploit any Platform content, software, or materials without our express written permission.

2. User-Generated Content

2.1 Your Content

"User Content" includes all text, data, images, files, profiles, resumes, portfolios, work samples, reviews, messages, and other materials you upload, submit, or create on the Platform, including but not limited to:

Proof of Work portfolios, including linked GitHub commits, repositories, HuggingFace models, and other verified work artifacts
Loevech assessment data, scores, and evaluation results
Marketplace listings, service offerings, and associated descriptions
Profile information, uploaded resumes, and professional credentials
Reviews, ratings, and feedback provided to other users or employers

You retain ownership of your original User Content, subject to the license grants described below.

2.2 License Grant

By submitting User Content to the Platform, you grant REWORK. a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, and create derivative works of such content for:

Operating, maintaining, and improving the Platform
Providing services to other users (such as displaying your profile to employers)
Marketing and promoting the Platform
Developing and improving AI and matching features, including AI Copilot and SwitchAsses
Aggregated analytics and reporting (in anonymized form)

2.3 Content Representations

By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit such content, that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, and that it does not violate any applicable law. For Proof of Work portfolios that reference third-party platforms such as GitHub or HuggingFace, you represent that you have the right to link and display such work artifacts on the Platform.

3. AI-Generated Content

3.1 Ownership of AI-Generated Materials

The Platform may generate content on your behalf through AI-powered features, including but not limited to AI-generated resumes, professional summaries, cover letters, SwitchAsses evaluation reports, and AI Copilot recommendations. Such AI-generated content is produced using a combination of your User Content and REWORK.'s proprietary technology.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AI-generated content produced for you in connection with your use of the Platform and your professional activities (such as submitting an AI-generated resume to a prospective employer). REWORK. retains all rights in the underlying AI models, algorithms, templates, and methodologies used to produce such content.

3.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy

AI-generated content, including resumes, summaries, and SwitchAsses reports, is provided on an "as-is" basis. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content for accuracy and completeness before using or distributing it. REWORK. does not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

4. Content Moderation

4.1 Right to Remove

REWORK. reserves the right, but has no obligation, to review, monitor, edit, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Content that violates these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy
Content that is fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate
Content that infringes intellectual property rights
Content that is offensive, harmful, or inappropriate
Content flagged by automated systems or user reports
Proof of Work portfolios containing fabricated or misattributed work artifacts
Marketplace listings with deceptive or misleading claims

4.2 No Liability for Content

REWORK. is not liable for any User Content posted on the Platform. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any User Content, including profiles, reviews, job postings, Proof of Work portfolios, Loevech assessment results, and marketplace listings.

5. Copyright & DMCA

5.1 Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to our designated agent with:

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Platform
Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
Your physical or electronic signature

5.2 Counter-Notice

If your content was removed due to a copyright notice and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the required legal declarations.

All trademarks, service marks, company names, and logos referenced on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. Their use on the Platform does not imply endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship, or recommendation by REWORK. or by the trademark owner. References to third-party platforms (including but not limited to Outlier, Alignerr, OneForma, and others) are for informational purposes only.

7. Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or improvements you provide regarding the Platform ("Feedback") shall be the sole property of REWORK.. You assign all rights in Feedback to REWORK. and we may use Feedback for any purpose without obligation, compensation, or attribution to you.
