1. Verified Talent Marketplace

1.1 Marketplace Description

The REWORK. Verified Talent Marketplace is a transactional platform that connects verified professionals with employers and clients for active engagement, project execution, and service delivery. The Marketplace enables professionals to offer services, receive project assignments, process payments through milestone escrow, and build verified reputations through cryptographic skill verification and Proof of Work portfolios. While the Marketplace facilitates transactions and engagement, REWORK. does not guarantee any specific volume of work, income level, or hiring outcome for any participant.

1.2 Cryptographic Skill Verification

REWORK. employs cryptographic verification methods to validate professional skills and work history. This includes verification of Proof of Work portfolios sourced from third-party platforms such as GitHub (commit history, repository contributions) and HuggingFace (model publications, dataset contributions), among others. While we employ rigorous verification protocols, cryptographic verification reflects the presence and provenance of specific work artifacts and does NOT constitute a guarantee of skill level, work quality, or professional competence. Employers remain solely responsible for conducting their own independent evaluation of candidates.

1.3 Trust Tier Badges

The Platform assigns trust tier badges — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — based on completed verification steps, transaction history, assessment scores, and platform engagement metrics. Trust tiers are determined algorithmically and may be adjusted, upgraded, or downgraded at any time based on ongoing platform activity and compliance. Trust tier badges indicate cumulative platform standing and do NOT constitute an endorsement, certification of competence, or guarantee of quality by REWORK.. The criteria for each tier level are subject to change at our sole discretion.

1.4 Marketplace Listings & Seller Profiles

By listing your profile or services on the Marketplace, you consent to your verified professional information — including trust tier status, Proof of Work data, assessment results, and transaction history — being visible to registered employers, clients, and other authorized users. REWORK. reserves the right to remove, modify, feature, or restrict any listing at its sole discretion.

1.5 No Guarantee of Visibility or Matching

REWORK. does not guarantee that your profile or service listing will be viewed, matched, or recommended to any employer or client. Marketplace algorithms, search rankings, and recommendation placements are determined at our sole discretion and may change at any time without notice.

2. AI-Powered Matching & Intelligence Services

2.1 AI-Powered Talent Matching

REWORK. utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning systems to match talent with projects and opportunities based on verified skills, Proof of Work data, trust tier standing, project requirements, and other factors. These AI-driven suggestions are provided to facilitate discovery and do not constitute recommendations, endorsements, or guarantees of fit. REWORK. does not make hiring decisions, and employers are solely responsible for ensuring their criteria are job-related, lawful, and consistent with business necessity.

2.2 SwitchAsses Hiring Intelligence

SwitchAsses is a hiring intelligence tool that provides data-driven insights, candidate analytics, and market intelligence to support employer decision-making. Outputs generated by SwitchAsses — including candidate scoring, talent pool analysis, and hiring recommendations — are algorithmic in nature and are provided for informational purposes only. SwitchAsses outputs do not constitute hiring advice, and employers bear full responsibility for all hiring decisions made using these insights.

2.3 AI Copilot

The AI Copilot assists users with platform navigation, project scoping, proposal drafting, and workflow optimization. AI Copilot responses are generated algorithmically and may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information. Users should independently verify all AI Copilot outputs before relying on them for business decisions. REWORK. is not liable for any actions taken based on AI Copilot suggestions.

2.4 Observatory Dashboard

The Observatory dashboard provides aggregated hiring trend data, market analytics, talent supply and demand metrics, and industry insights. All data presented through the Observatory is derived from platform activity and publicly available sources. Observatory data is provided on an as-is basis for informational purposes only and does not constitute market research, investment advice, or business consulting. REWORK. does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of Observatory data.

3. Financial AI & Automation Tools

3.1 Finprob Financial AI

Finprob are financial AI tools that provide automated financial analysis, revenue forecasting, expense tracking, and financial planning assistance for freelancers and businesses operating on the Platform. All outputs generated by these tools are algorithmic estimates and projections. Finprob do NOT constitute financial advice, tax advice, or accounting services. You should consult qualified financial professionals for specific financial planning, tax, or investment matters. REWORK. is not liable for financial decisions made based on these tools.

3.2 Automation Marketplace

The Automation Marketplace enables users to discover, purchase, and deploy workflow automations, integrations, and productivity tools created by REWORK. and third-party developers. Third-party automations are provided by their respective creators and are subject to the creator's own terms and warranties. REWORK. does not guarantee the functionality, security, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any third-party automation. Users deploy third-party automations at their own risk.

3.3 Compliance Automation Tools

REWORK. offers compliance automation tools including contract generation, tax documentation assistance, regulatory checklists, and jurisdiction-specific compliance workflows. These tools are informational aids and do NOT constitute legal, tax, financial, or professional advice. Compliance tools may not reflect the most current legal requirements in every jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and should consult qualified professionals for specific legal, tax, or regulatory matters.

4. Job Postings & Project Opportunities

4.1 Job & Project Listing Accuracy

REWORK. does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy, or completeness of any job postings, project listings, or opportunity descriptions posted by employers or clients. All engagement and hiring decisions are made solely by the posting employer or client.

4.2 Application & Proposal Process

When you apply to a job or submit a proposal for a project through the Platform, you are engaging directly with the employer or project owner. REWORK. does not review, screen, or make decisions regarding applications or proposals unless explicitly stated. We are not responsible for employer or client response times, decisions, or lack thereof.

4.3 Employer & Client Compliance

Employers and clients are solely responsible for ensuring their job postings and project listings comply with all applicable employment laws, including anti-discrimination laws, minimum wage requirements, contractor classification rules, and labor regulations in their jurisdiction. REWORK. is not liable for any unlawful content in job postings or discriminatory hiring practices.

5. Milestone Escrow & Project Management

5.1 Milestone Escrow Payments

The Platform provides milestone-based escrow payment services to facilitate secure transactions between clients and service providers. Funds are held in escrow and released upon milestone completion and approval as defined by the project agreement. 5.2 Project Management Tools

REWORK. provides project management features including milestone tracking, deliverable management, time tracking, and communication tools. These tools are provided to facilitate project execution between parties. REWORK. is not a party to any project agreement and bears no responsibility for project outcomes, deliverable quality, timeline adherence, or disputes between clients and service providers beyond the escrow and dispute mechanisms explicitly described in our terms.

6. Proof-of-Work & Portfolio Services

The Proof-of-Work system provides cryptographic verification of work artifacts sourced from integrated platforms including GitHub (commits, pull requests, repository contributions), HuggingFace (model publications, dataset contributions, Space deployments), and other third-party sources as available. While we employ rigorous verification protocols, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any Proof of Work verification. Third-party platform data may be delayed, incomplete, or subject to change.

Portfolio reviews and assessments conducted on the Platform are provided by independent reviewers, peer evaluators, or automated systems and represent opinions or algorithmic outputs, not certified evaluations. Users and employers should conduct their own independent assessment of all portfolio materials.

7. Loevech & Assessments

The Loevech provides skill testing, technical assessments, coding challenges, and data annotation services. Participation in the Loevech is voluntary and subject to additional guidelines. Results, ratings, scores, and skill certifications are generated through automated systems, peer review, or a combination thereof and are provided as-is. Loevech results contribute to trust tier calculations and marketplace visibility.

REWORK. does not guarantee the accuracy of assessment results or that they will be accepted by any employer, client, or third party. Assessment data may be used in aggregate and anonymized form for platform improvement, market analytics, and Observatory reporting.

8. Seller Marketplace & Service Provider Obligations

The Seller Marketplace enables verified professionals, consultants, and service providers to offer and sell services directly to buyers on the Platform. All sellers are solely and fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, legitimacy, and quality of their offerings, credentials, deliverables, and conduct. REWORK. acts as a marketplace facilitator and bears no responsibility for the actions, omissions, service quality, fraud, or misrepresentations of any seller or service provider.

Sellers who engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct are subject to immediate account suspension, trust tier reduction, fund holds, earnings forfeiture, and permanent removal from the Platform. 9. Service Availability & Modifications

REWORK. may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any Platform feature or service — including but not limited to AI-powered matching, SwitchAsses, AI Copilot, Finprob, Observatory, Loevech, the Automation Marketplace, and escrow services — at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to any service.

Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure changes, security updates, third-party API disruptions, or force majeure events may temporarily affect service availability. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, including but not limited to delayed escrow disbursements, interrupted assessments, or temporary unavailability of AI-powered features.
