Using Enterprise

The five things Enterprise adds on top of Business Hub, and how to set each one up: AI voice interviews, the API, signed webhooks, your own contract templates and team seats.

Enterprise is Business Hub plus the rails for hiring every week rather than occasionally. Everything in Using Business Hub applies here unchanged, because the plan is a superset: every Business Hub feature admits an Enterprise account without a separate switch.

What follows is only what Enterprise adds.

Interview at scale

AI voice interviews, at /company/interviews. The interviewer screens your shortlisted candidates against your own scorecards and returns a graded transcript. Fifty a month.

Set it up in this order:

  1. 1Write a scorecard. It is what the interviewer grades against, so vague criteria produce vague grades.
  2. 2Invite a shortlisted candidate to an interview.
  3. 3Read the graded transcript when it comes back. The grade and the transcript arrive together, so you can check the grade against what was actually said.

Connect your systems

  • API access at /company/api: read your projects, sent shortlists and interview results from your own systems, with keys you create and revoke yourself. 600 requests an hour.
  • Custom integrations at /company/integrations: signed webhooks fire to your own endpoint when a shortlist is sent to you, or an AI interview is invited or graded. Deliveries retry, and every attempt is in the delivery log so you can see what was sent and what came back.

Verify the signature on every delivery. That is what distinguishes a real webhook from anyone who has learned your endpoint URL.

Contract on your terms

Custom contracts at /company/contracts: load your own contract templates and clause library and use them from the contract composer alongside the 160+ country templates. Every contract is stamped with the template and version it came from, so a contract signed last quarter can still be traced to the wording that was current then.

Bring your teammates

  • Larger teams at /company/team: up to 25 seats on the company account. Each teammate is invited by email, given a role, and signs in with their own login to read your projects, shortlists and interview results.
  • The shared workspace at /company/workspace is where that team works together on the account rather than through one shared password.

Invite people by role rather than giving everyone the same access. A seat is per person: two people sharing one login is the thing this feature exists to end.

Single sign-on, on request

Your own identity provider can sign your teammates in with their work accounts, over SAML or OIDC. It is the one Enterprise feature that is not switched on by default: ask your success manager and it is enabled for your account.

The reason it works that way is worth knowing, because it affects how quickly you can have it. SSO runs on Google Cloud Identity Platform, which is enabled per project rather than per customer, so REWORK turns it on when a customer needs it instead of carrying it for every account that does not. Once it is on for you, you add your provider yourself: SAML needs the identity provider entity ID, the sign-on URL and the certificate; OIDC needs the client ID, the issuer and the client secret. The OIDC secret goes to the identity service and is never stored on your company record.

Your domain is claimed by your account, so a teammate signing in with an address at that domain is routed to your provider. One company, one verified business domain, and free mailbox domains are refused.

The two upgraded limits

  • Enterprise expert shortlisting: hand-picked in 1 business day, 12 requests a quarter. Business Hub is 2 business days, 6 a quarter.
  • 2,000 AI calls an hour on project briefs and fit scores, against Business Hub's 500 and the 20 a free account gets.

These two are upgrades to Business Hub features rather than new ones, which is why they show as a changed number rather than a new row on the comparison table.

Enterprise is billed like the other plans, from the subscriptions tab. Your service fee tier is still earned by track record and is not affected by the plan.
