Which subscription does what
The four plans, who each one is for, and which guide to read once you are on one. Subscriptions buy tools; they never change the commission.
There are two separate things on REWORK that cost money, and keeping them apart is how you avoid paying for the wrong one.
A subscription is a set of tools you switch on today. A commission tier is earned on work you complete here: it is not for sale, and every tier charges the same flat percentage. Subscribing does not move your tier, and climbing a tier does not change your subscription.
The four plans
- Expert Hub Lite, for getting started as a professional: a branded storefront that quotes and books for you.
- Expert Hub, for getting work: everything Lite has plus instant payouts, Rework Pool matching, the AI desk and the market data behind your quotes.
- Business Hub, for buying work: post publicly, get a hand-picked shortlist, contract and pay through escrow, and account for it.
- Enterprise, for hiring at volume: everything Business Hub has plus AI voice interviews, an API, signed webhooks, your own contract templates and seats for your teammates.
Prices and a full side-by-side comparison are on the pricing page. Your own plan, and the button to change it, are on your subscriptions tab.
You do not need a subscription to be listed, to be found, to hire, or to be paid. The platform is free to operate on and the commission is charged only when money moves. See the commission page.
Which guide to read next
- On Lite: Using Expert Hub Lite.
- On Expert Hub: Using Expert Hub.
- On Business Hub: Using Business Hub.
- On Enterprise: Using Enterprise, which assumes you have read the Business Hub one.
Changing or cancelling
Everything happens on the subscriptions tab. Cancelling leaves the plan running to the end of the period you already paid for, and it is not charged again. Moving from Lite to the full Expert Hub carries your storefront straight over, and Lite stops billing the moment the full Hub starts.
Annual billing on any plan is charged once for the year. What it saves is shown next to each price, calculated from the two prices rather than typed in, so the saving quoted is always the saving you get.
