Using Expert Hub
Where every Expert Hub feature actually lives and the order to switch them on, from the storefront and instant payouts to Pool matching, the AI desk and the market data.
Expert Hub is a toolkit, not a ranking boost. Nothing here makes you rank higher; your Rework Score still comes from verified proofs and delivered work. What the plan does is shorten the distance between someone finding you and paying you.
The first hour
- 1Publish the storefront. Everything lives on your hub page: a branded URL, three priced packages, embedded booking, and the verified reviews and badges you have already earned. It is one link you can put anywhere, and it is the single highest-value thing on this list.
- 2Turn on instant payouts. Seller payouts is where money reaches you the same day instead of waiting out the standard hold.
- 3Post one project publicly. On the posting form the public option is yours now, so experts find your brief on the projects board and apply directly. Posting privately for an operator-curated shortlist stays free for everyone.
Getting in front of people who pay
- Unlimited project proposals. No monthly cap to ration, so apply to everything on the projects board that fits.
- Rework Pool. The invite-only track at /pool hand-matches you to businesses that already have budget: you build a free working sample and convert it into paid work if they like it.
- The buying side. The same login buys as well as sells. Post projects, order services and track those purchases next to your selling pipeline.
The AI desk
- AI hiring intelligence, on the AI marketplace, for when you are the buyer: a fit score on any expert, a side-by-side comparison of up to 5, and a bias check across your shortlist.
- The contract composer, in contracts: it names the clauses your draft is missing and gives you the text to drop in, on any of the 160+ country templates.
- 500 AI calls an hour on project briefs and fit scores, against the 20 a free account gets. That is a per-hour allowance, so it resets rather than running out for the month.
- Reproducible model benchmarks. If you publish AI models, the verification hub runs your verified Hugging Face models against a pinned public benchmark and publishes the score with a receipt anyone can re-run. Four runs a month.
Selling more than your own hours
- Template Store. The marketplace opens up: browse and buy every template published by REWORK experts. REWORK's own starter templates stay open to everyone.
- Project teams. Lead a team at my teams, split budgets per milestone and manage roles. Joining a team you are invited to is free for everyone; creating one is the Hub feature.
- AutoCare. Post-delivery automation monitoring lives at /autocare, which is how a delivered build becomes a retainer instead of a one-off.
Knowing what the market pays
- The Automation Observatory and the audit edge are both inside the automation audit. Running an audit is free for everyone. What the Hub adds is the market cost and payback benchmarks inside every report, and re-running a finished audit in place as your process changes.

- SwitchAsses assessments. Three proctored skill assessments a month, created from the SwitchAsses dashboard with your REWORK login and no separate subscription. The allowance resets monthly.
